Walls, MS Walls, MS Permanent Full-time Permanent Full-time From $22 an hour From $22 an hour 11 days ago 11 days ago 11 days ago Quality Assurance Specialist The QA Specialist is responsible for checking, maintaining, and coordinating quality assurance processes and inspections approved and arranged by Testing Coordinators and the Compliance Manager.
Responsibilities:
Perform quality checks to product specification on incoming raw materials Identify, investigate, and document non-conformities in Corrective Action Plans including follow-up and closure of investigation Coordinate and review test and marketing samples Arrange and coordinate test samples to send to 3rd party labs Participate in Product Readiness Meetings and 3rd party Final Random product Inspections (FRIs) Assist Plant Manager and 3rd party inspectors with onsite audits Maintain Red Sealed (technical) and Yellow Sealed (final) sample library Education and
Experience:
High School diploma (Bachelor's degree preferred) Textiles knowledge/experience a plus Quality inspection, auditing, and testing experience a plus Experience with implementation of corrective actions plans a plus Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Key Competencies:
